Thinking of a change in career? Why not train to become a driving instructor. Working on a self employed basis you can be flexible with working hours either working for yourself or as a franchised instructor with a driving school.

I have been involved in the Driving instructor training industry for over 12 years and have a thorough understanding of what is required to qualify. I have excellent pass rates at all 3 of the exams.   

Training courses can be worked around your current career and are structured to each persons individual needs. All training is done on a one to one basis and conducted in car.

Payment can be made in full at the start of the course or split into stages. Training can also be paid for on a pay as you go basis.

Training will consist of the following if paying in full or staged payments.

Part 1 Theory test.    

Help given to pass the part 1 theory test. All books and training manuals will be supplied in training costs.

Part 2 Driving test.     

A driving assessment wil be done to establish which aspects of trainees driving needs to be improved.  All part 2 driving training will be tailored to each persons individual needs. Up to 16 hours Part 2 training is included in training costs.

Part 3 Teaching.

40 hours of Part 3 training all done in car. Training is not just aimed at the part 3 test but also helps prepare trainee for the real life job as a driving instructor.

If paying as you go then you will only pay for the training, however I can provide the training materials needed. These are not included in the hourly rate.

All training is on a one to one basis.

Costs of the qualifying exams are not included in training costs.

After 40 hours part 3 training, the trainee has the option of working on a trainee licence. The cost of this licence is not included in the training.

Part 3 Rescue training.
